They state that prior to <br />finalizing the BLA, Mr. Wexler reiocated his curbiny so that 5' of landscaping is now provided c� <br />his properiy. <br />So the only other issue I have with this site is with the screening of rooftop mechanical equipment <br />on the building. I coi acted Tony on that and he wants to meet with my Director, who he thought <br />was Larry. I've requested that they provide more info on the screenina materials, but we'll see <br />what happens. Anyway, lhis issue won't affect the site plan or PW permits. <br />
