Williams : <br />Your plan reviecr�oas made from the layout plan <br />you presented to the Snohomish Health District plus <br />my April i3th field inspection of the building facilities. <br />i'he plan review comments are the following: <br />1) All food-service equipment must meet National <br />Sanitation Foundation (N.S,F.) standards or <br />its equivalent. <br />2) Food-service equipment must Ue served by indirect <br />drain (example: floor sinlcs and funnel drains <br />except refrigeration equipment, �vith built-in <br />evaporators, hand��ash and mop sinks. <br />3) The ttiree compartment sink must have t��o drainboards <br />�ahich is an integral part of the sinlc assembly. <br />The sink must meet items 1 and 2 of this report. <br />Also, equipment specifications are required (cut <br />sheets), <br />4) If food is prepared on the premises (example: <br />rinsing lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) then a one or <br />mor.e comoartment sink is required. The sink <br />must have at least one drainboard. Also, the <br />drainboard must be an integral part of thc sink <br />assemUly. <br />5) <br />ao A hand-�oash station is required in the kitchen. <br />The hand �vash sinl: must have both hot and cold <br />running ��ater. <br />b.
