The fee schedule <br />is $26.50 per hour to a maximum of $300.00 (1983 revised <br />fee schedule), Your total revie�o time is three (3) <br />hours. Therefore, there t•7i11 be a$79.50 charge. The <br />fee must be paid at t-he time of issuing your food-service <br />establishment permit.
