This is deiinitely a health hazard and <br />shoi�ld be abated. On tho south side of •:he couri raw sawa�e is <br />visible on the surface of tho �round. <br />The only solutions to this sttuatiory because oi the limited space <br />and the negative porosity of the soil� is conneciion to a sewer <br />system or closure of the tre.iler court.
