From our home can
be vie=:d mot of the businesses located on Evergreen Lday
betweee: tne 7200 blocic and the 7300 block (approximately 150
yards disant). The businesses are Haight-Anderson auto
dealership, Skipper's, Alfy's (under construction), Suzuki
PSotorcycle, arl Meyer Used Cars, and Joe Pi.gnataro Used Cars.
Because of their proximity, the appearance of the aforenoted
business establishments is of importance to us. We have
strong concerns that certain aspects of some of their facili-
ties are unsightly to the point of detracting from the value
and livability of our residential property, and of our neigh-
bors. Moreover, reference to the Everett City Code indi.cates
that the areas oP particular concern are in violation oi the
Code.
The purpose of this letter is to call your attention to the
Code violations and to respectfully request immediate action
by your office to remedy them.
T.
