The one compartment sink with the one drain- <br />board is strickly for food prep work. The two compartment <br />sink with two drainboards is for scullery work (pots and <br />pans). The sinks will replace the existing three compart- <br />ment sink which is not N.S.F. apnroved nor has drainboards. <br />The plan review was made from information you presented <br />to our office. Therefore, should there be any major changes <br />and/or additions to your layout plans and equipment specifi- <br />cations, you must notify the Snohomish Health District of <br />the changes. . <br />It should be pointed out that the health deoartment annroval <br />of the finish installation (equinment and facilities) is <br />subject to the final field inspecti.on. Therefore, when ready, <br />you should call for the final field inspection. <br />In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Board of Health <br />established a plan'review charge for review of all layout <br />plans and specifications. The fee schedule is $26.50 per <br />hour to a maximum of $300.00 (1983 revised fee schedule). <br />Your total review time is two (2) hours. Therefore, there <br />will be a$53.00 charge.
