The businesses are Haight-Anderson auto dealership, Sk�pper's, Alfy's (under construction), Suzuki Motorcycle, F.arl Meyer Used Cars, and Joe Pignataro Used Cars. Because ei thei-= proximity, the appearance of the aiorenoted busine�s establishments is of importance to us. We have strong concerns that certain aspects of some of their facili- ties are unsight�_y to the poir.t of detracting from the value and livabili_ty ot our residential property, and of our neigh- bors. Moreover, reference to the Everett City Code indicates that the areas of particular concern are in violation of the Code.
