On page 1 of the report under Requested Action add -�Street Improvement Ordinance). 2. There should be a discussion in the Findings and Conclusions section of the report of. the access policy developed during the review of the Cascade Shopping Center proposal. This policy should be discussed as it relates to the Horizon Enterprises access. 3. In the Recommendatien section of the report there should b,� a specific recommendation regarding the sizing of curb cuts entering bottc Evergreen Way and 75th Street. 4. There should be a finding related to the lack of existing landscaping on site. 5. There should be a specific recommendation requiring the applicant to landscape his property using a 5 foot wide, 3 foot high landscaped area adjacent to all rights-of-way excluding driveways. Two feet of the Cvergreen W ay planting can occur on City Right-of-Way.
