3. Final site plan shall incorporate driveway standards of Section 13.16.060 of <br />Everett Municipal Code. <br />4. City Traffic Engineer approval is required on the final site plan to ensure safe <br />site egress and ingress to and from the City rights-of-way. <br />5.
