We feel it is <br />appropriate that you note the following: <br />* Spoil piles have been left without grading/leveling. <br />* A number of cross drains Vnich drained horses to the east of your <br />site were damaged. Your contractor repaired a number of the <br />drains, tot it is not known !f all the drains were <br />located/repaired. <br />* Exposed soil has yet to be seeded/protected from erosion. <br />Do not hesitate to contact us if further clarification is necessary. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
