Since all buildings are fully sprinklered we are <br />not required to separate the shops with a one hour wall. The <br />walls also do not need to extend to the roof since our attic <br />separation walls are hung from the roof framing and extend down <br />to the top of the ceiling grid. <br />Based on this information and per our discussions with your <br />office, our demising walls will be as follows: <br />2 x 6 @ 24" o.c. with 5/8" G.W.B. each side with sound <br />insulation.
