CASCADE SHOPPING CENTER L CONTIGUOUS LEGAL DESCRIPTIG. <br />That. portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br />East of the Willamette Meridian, described as follows: <br />PARCEL IA, PARCEL 1B, PARCEL 2, TRACT W, and PARCEL SE, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />PARCEL IA <br />Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, and that portion of Lots 7 and 8 lying East of <br />Evergreen Way (formerly State Road No. 1), in Block 2, Beverly Home Tracts <br />Division No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, <br />page 25, records of Snohomish County, Washiogton, EXCEPT the following describ- <br />ed tract•as city street: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Block 2; <br />thence N 89°16'44" W, along the North line of said Block 2, a distance of 608.27 <br />feet to the point of intersection of the North line of said Block 2 with the <br />curve of the East right-of-way line of said Evergreen Way, at which point the <br />tangent to said curve bears S 20°10'42" W; thence in a Southerly directicn <br />along said curve, to the right, having a radius of 2914.79 feet, an arc cis- <br />tance of 52.39 feet to a point at which the tangent of said curve bears <br />21°12'29" W, and which point is the point of curve of a second curve, at which <br />point the tangent to said second curve bears N 21°12'21" E; thence in a North- <br />easterly direction, along said second curve, to the right, having a radius of <br />45.00 feet, an arc distance of 54.59 feet to a point that is 20.00 feet !outh of <br />the North line of said Block 2, as measured at right angles thereto; thence <br />S 89°16'44" E, parallel with the North line of said Block 2, a distance of <br />583.89 feet to a point on the East line of said Block 2; thence N 1°05'50" E, <br />along the East line of said Block 2, a distance of 20.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />TOGETHER WITH that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, des- <br />cribed as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7; thence N 89016'44" W, along the East- <br />West center line of said Section 7, a distance of 729.20 feet to a point on <br />the curve of the Easterly right-of-way line of Evergreen Way (formerly State <br />Road No. 1), at which point the tangent to said curve bears S 26°27'56" W; <br />thence in a Southerly direction along said curve to the right, having a rad- <br />ius of 2914.79 feet, an arc distance of 150.00 feet to a point at which the <br />tangent to said curve bears S 29024151" W; thence S 56024'45" E a distance of <br />244.27 feet; thence S 88054'10" E a distance of 588.00 feet to a point on the <br />North -South center line of raid Section 7; thence N 1°42'24" E, along the <br />North -South center line of said Section 7, a distance of 269.84 feet to the <br />point of beginnning. <br />
