EASEMENTS FOR WATER LINES TO BE GRANTED TO <br />CITY OF EVERETT AT CASCADE SHOPPING CENTER <br />EASEMENTS for water pipeline, or pipelines, purpores, including valves, <br />meters, fire hydrants and appurtenances thereto, over, under, across and <br />through that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., and that portion of <br />Lots 1,6,7 and 8, Block 2, Beverly Home Tracts, Division No. 2, as per <br />plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 25, records of Snohomish County, <br />Washington, described as follows: <br />1. A strip of land fifteen (15.00) feet in width, lying seven and <br />one-half (7.50) feet on each side of the following described <br />centerline, extending or shortening the side lines, so as to <br />form an unbroken strip: Commencing at the center Quarter Section <br />corner of said Section 7; thence N89016'44"I4, along. the East and <br />West centerline of said Section 7, for 40.00 feet; thence S1005'50"W, <br />for 45.00 feet; thence S89 16 44 E for 17.50 feet to the True Point <br />of Beginning of this easement centerline; thence N89°16'44"W for <br />17.50 feet; thence N1°05'50"E for 320 feet, more or less, to the <br />southerly right-of-way line of 75th Street: S.E. <br />2.
