CASCADE SHOPPING CENTER LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WATER LINE EASEMENTS <br />Easements for water pipeline, or pipelines, purposes, including valves, meters, <br />fire hydrants and appurtenances thereto, over, under, across and through that <br />portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Town- <br />ship 28 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, described as follows: <br />1. A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, lying 7.50 feet on each side of the <br />following described center line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br />subdivision; thence S 1' 42' 24" W, along the East line of said subdivision, <br />a distance of 38.55 feet; thence N 88' 54' 10" W a distance of 355.53 feet <br />to the True Point of Beginning of said center line; thence S 1' 05' 50" 'A, a <br />distance of 244.08 feet to a point referred to hereinafter as Point "M"; <br />thence continuing S 1' 05' 50" W, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence S 46' - <br />05' 50" W a distance of 87.68 feet; thence S 1' 05' 50" W a distance of <br />389.12 feet to a point on a curve of the North margin of that certain street <br />known as Campus Parkway, at which point the tangent to said curve bears S 84' - <br />10' 20" E. TOGETHER WITH a strip of land 15.00 feet in width lying 7.50 feet <br />on each side of the following described center line; Beginning at said Point <br />"M"; thence S 88' 54' 10" E a distance of 25.00 feet to a point referred to <br />hereinafter as Point "N"; thence continuing S 88' 54' 10" E a distance of <br />20.00 feet to a point referred to hereinafter as Point "0". TOGETHER WITH <br />a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, lying South of, and adjacent to the <br />above described strip, and lying between lines extended Southerly from said <br />Points "N" and "0", at right angles to said center line running from said <br />Point "N" to said Point "0". <br />2. A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, lying 7.50 feet on each side of the <br />following described center line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br />subdivision; thence S 1' 42' 24" W, along the East line of said subdivision, <br />a distance of 656.27 feet; thence N 88' 17' 36" W a distance of 771.96 feet <br />to a point on the North margin of that certain street known as Campus Park- <br />way, at which point said North margin bears S 56' 24' 45" E, and which point <br />is the True Point of Beginning of said center line; thence 11 33' 35' 15" E <br />a distance of 44.00 feet to a point referred to hereinafter as Point "P"; <br />thence S 56' 24' 45" E a distance of 165.00 feet; thence N 33' 35' 15" E a <br />distance of 25.00 feet. TOGETHER WITH a strip of land 15.00 feet in width, <br />lying 7.50 feet on each side of the following described center line: Begin- <br />ning at said Point"P"; thence N 56' 24' 45" W a distance of 30.00 feet. <br />3. A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, lying 7.50 feet on each side of the <br />following described center line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br />subdivision; thence S 1' 42' 24" W, along the East line of said subdivision, <br />a distance of 808.67 feet; thence N 88' 17' 36" W a distance of 245.35 feet <br />to a point on the curve of the Northeasterly margin of that certain street <br />known as Campus Parkway, at which point the tangent to said curve bears <br />S 69' 43' 24" E, and which point is the True Point of Beginning of said center <br />line; thence N 20' 16' 36" E, radially from said curve, a distance of 30.00 <br />feet; thence S 88' 54' 10" E a distance of 35.00 feet to a point referred <br />to hereinafter as Point "Q"; thence continuing S 88' 54' 10" E a distance of <br />15.00 feet to a point referred to hereinafter as Point "R"; thence continuing <br />S 88' 54' 10" E a distance of 15.00 feet.
