City of Everett <br />Improvement Plan Checklist <br />q_y_4 <br />Checklist Prepared By Date <br />Water System Improvements <br />Plat or Project C.aschDE S"ffJO CSNrE2 <br />North Arrow <br />✓ Scale Indicated (vertical and horizontal) <br />1"=40' horizontal and 1"=5' vertical, minimum. <br />✓ Names on all streets, centerline shown. <br />✓ Indicate Right -of -Way and Improvement widths. <br />c/ Indicate existing improvements with dashed lines (light tone). <br />Show new improvements to be constructed with solid lines (light tone). <br />Show water items in heavy tone. <br />Show all existing power poles, trees, gas lines, underground utilities, <br />etc., which may affect the water installation work. <br />For any conflicting utilities, structures, etc., indicate their disposition <br />and by whom. <br />(Jf4 Indicate indications of new mains, meters, services, taps, fire hydrants, <br />valves, blow -offs, etc., by centerline of street stationing. <br />✓ Indicate on plans (referring to Standard Numbers) requirements for <br />items such as valve operator extensions, thrust blocks, hydrant assemblies, <br />etc., as required. <br />N'- Show depths of water main at conflicting utility crossings. <br />Services and/or meters are not to be within a driveway area. <br />✓ Plans must be approved by Developer's Engineer. <br />Draw in signature block for approval of plan by City Engineer. <br />_ A- Water mains in easements shall be shown with detailed measurements <br />on easement and main location. <br />
