In the meantime, a refrigerated Carnation <br />truck cooler will be temp�rarilv used for storage of <br />bulk foods until the second cooler is rece-ved from <br />your equip�ent sunplier. The truck cooler must main- <br />tain safe food temperatures at all times. <br />Other items mentioned durii�g our August 15th conversation <br />with Mr. Mark Machlis are the following: <br />l.
