Y:aSNR+GT01+ <br />99:01 <br />a review of our inspection records reveals that the last inspection made at <br />the subject address was on October 6, 1987 (copy enclosed). <br />Section 303(b) of the Unifo,:n Building Code provides that permits expire by <br />limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by <br />permit is suspended, after the work is commenced, for a period of 180 days. <br />The Code also require� final inspection prior to occupancy for a11 permits <br />issued, and it is the responsibility of the parnit holder to call for the <br />necessary inspections. Because of these time framAs, your permit has already <br />expi�ed. <br />However, the City of Everett is at this time extending a one-time grace <br />period to holders of recently expired permits. Zf pou wish to zecommence <br />work you may rene� your permit a� no cost for an additional 180 day period <br />by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal request must <br />reach us by April 30,1989. If the work has been completed, you may call for <br />final inspection before April 30th. Any corrections required must be <br />completed and final approval obtained before that date. Permits that have <br />been neither finaled nor extended by April 30,1989 will expire. To renew <br />the work or obtain an inspection will then require the payment of a fee. <br />You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br />Everett, WA 98201.
