I. or 1211 C.I. mains on the South and North sides <br />of 75th, respectively. These mains have about 36 p. s. i. static pressure and suffi- <br />cient flow should be available from the 12" main at this pressure. If a higher pres- <br />.;ure is needed, however, there is a 12" C.I. main on the East side of Evergreen <br />with a static pressure of about 95 p. s. i. The site can best be served through a <br />master meter and a backflow prevention device may be required. <br />SEWER: <br />There is an 8" sewer on 75th and a 10" sewer in a 201 easement along the East side <br />of the property from the Southeast corner to Park Street then East to Rainier and <br />North on Rainier to 75th. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />The site drains to Pigeon Creek No. 1 and development of this area has been <br />addressed by the Pigeon Creek Basin Plan. Drainage should be conducted to the <br />creek and/or other existing drainage facilities on 75th or Evergreen Way.
