With the adcii�ion of the following items, tha plans are approved. <br />1. A food preparation sink fs required if fresh vegetables are prepared as a <br />standard menu item. Sinks used for handwashing or equipment or utensil <br />washing shall not be used for food preparation. There shail be no direct <br />connections between the sewerage system and any drains originating from <br />equipment in which foed is place. This inciudes veget2ble preparatio� <br />sin!<s and ice machines. <br />2. Provide adequate protective light shields for all lights in the food <br />preparation and storage area�. <br />3. The Health District operating permii applicaifon �rocess must be <br />completed prior to opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment,. <br />the Snchomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening forbusiness. <br />Please contact the Food Program office about one week in advance to schedule <br />of the Scate Board ofSHeallth for Food 8lervice S n tationu(WAC 248-gq)���ons <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
