With the adcii�ion of the following items, tha plans are approved. <br />1. A food preparation sink fs required if fresh vegetables are prepared as a <br />standard menu item. Sinks used for handwashing or equipment or utensil <br />washing shall not be used for food preparation. There shail be no direct <br />connections between the sewerage system and any drains originating from <br />equipment in which foed is place. This inciudes veget2ble preparatio� <br />sin!<s and ice machines. <br />2. Provide adequate protective light shields for all lights in the food <br />preparation and storage area�. <br />3.
