Y/ASNiNGTUN <br />90201 <br />A review o£ our inspection records reveals that the last inspe*tion made at <br />the subject address was on December 7, 1987 (copies attached). <br />Section 303(b) of the Uniform fluilding Code provides that permits expire by <br />limitation and become r.ull and void if the building or work authorized by <br />permit is suspended, after the work is commenced, for a period of 180 days. <br />The Code also requires final inspection prior to occupancy for all permits <br />issued, and it is the r�sponsibility of tne permit holder to call for the <br />necessary inspections. Because of these time frames, your permit has already <br />exnired. <br />However, the City of Evezett is at this time extending a one-time grace <br />period to holders of recently e:cpired permits. If �ou wish to recommence <br />work you may �enew your permit at c�o cost for an additional 180 day period . <br />by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal request must <br />reach us by April 31.,1989. If tha work has been completed, you may call for <br />final inspection before Apxil 3�th. Any correc�ions required must be <br />completed and final approval obtained before that date. Permits that have <br />been neither finaled nor extended by April 3J 1989 will expire. To renew <br />the work or obtain an iaspection will then require tlie payment of a fe=_. <br />You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br />Everett, WA 98201.
