The plans <br />are in compliance with our review of the Cascade Shopping Center Phase <br />IT. <br />However, the Determination of Non-Significance issued for the proposal <br />(under the State Environmental Policy Act procedures) requires <br />soecific landscaping improvements for the entire Phsse II Shopping <br />Center� including frontaQe landscaping, landscaping of the parking <br />lot, and a landscape buffer along the east property line.
