If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without <br />documen,.ition of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if t!te work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
