Your plans have not been approved due to the following deiiciencies. <br />When these items have been corrected, the District will reconsider your app�ication tor <br />pian approval. <br />�. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />When tloors are subjecled to waler tlushing for cleaning, the wall and ltoor junctures <br />are to be coved and seated. <br />A tood preparation sink is required if tresh vegetables are prepared as a standard <br />menu item. Sinks used for handwashing or equipment or utensii washing shall not be <br />used tor food preparation. <br />Provide adequate protective lighl shields for all light in the tood preparation and stor- <br />age areas. <br />Lockers or suitable faciiities shall be provided tor the orderly storage of employee <br />ciothing and belongings. <br />A complete tinish scheduie of walls and ceiling in preparation, storage, dishwashing <br />and service areas is needed. <br />The Heailh District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />Please call me at your eariiest convenience should you have questions regarding this <br />matter.
