Sinks used for handwashing or equipment or utensii washing shall not be <br />used tor food preparation. <br />Provide adequate protective lighl shields for all light in the tood preparation and stor- <br />age areas. <br />Lockers or suitable faciiities shall be provided tor the orderly storage of employee <br />ciothing and belongings. <br />A complete tinish scheduie of walls and ceiling in preparation, storage, dishwashing <br />and service areas is needed. <br />The Heailh District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />Please call me at your eariiest convenience should you have questions regarding this <br />matter.
