Minimum fixtura count according to Washington <br />State amendment to the 1997 UEC is dENendent on the occupant load of that <br />area of offices (87,219SF/200people/SF = 437 people). The actual population <br />cou�t of the area is 662 pe�ple and the ratio of inen t� women is i30:20. <br />Men count is 530 and women 132. Total tabular required fixture count i�r men is <br />3+(530-55)/50=13 and for women is 3+(132-55)/50=5.
