Miller: <br />It is nice to talk with you on last Tuesday (4/3/2012) regarding Evergreen Asian Market's <br />Chinese BBQ oven and hood. <br />The business owner have the hood system fire suppression system installed. and passed <br />inspection recently. I revised approved hood plan to chenge the type II hood in BBQ <br />kitchen into type-I hood to let you review. if you have any question, please contact me <br />direcdy (the contact info is on plan title block) <br />The Chinese BBQ oven is a tradi[ional Chinese cookin� equipment. This Chinese BBQ <br />oven was made by Standard Sheetmetal Fabrication Corp in New York. this manufactory <br />have rivo locations: 258-260 Bow�ery, New York, NY 10012 and 56 Hope St, Brooklyn, <br />NY 11211. Due to the quantity and profit, the manufacturer of this Chinese BBQ oven do <br />not have the UL or NSF approval and listing (the UL and NSP approval will cost thirty <br />thousand dollars per year to have it ladled). <br />The Chinese BBQ oven was on tlte mazket and been used in traditional Chinese <br />restaurant for about hundred yeazs in the United State. According to the oven on site, for <br />let you to have a better understanding, I made a section plan to show the oven detail (see <br />attached with this letter). also, I attached xxx pictures. The oven is made by all stainless <br />steel body and have fire break wrapped all around. The fire break is made by Snow Shoe <br />Refractories LLC in Snow Shoe, state of Pennsylvania.
