Principal and Surety agree ta save the City harmiess from any <br />loss, cost or damage by reason of Principal's Cailure to make repain, correct <br />deficiencies ctnd perform emergency maintenance for the required period of time. <br />Principai and Surety further agree to promptly reimburse the City for emergency <br />repnirs and/or maintenance. Necessary repairs shnll be performed by the Principal <br />on receipt of seven (7) days written notice from the City sent to the address noted <br />below directing performance of such work. If the Principal shall fail to rnake said <br />r�pai:s, Lh� Ci!� ma� �rfc:m ihe :vor:: and th� cost of the :verk shell be peid :o <br />the City by the Principal or Surety.
