The following items must be <br />corrected and resubmitted to the City: <br />1. As-builts must be done on a mylar reproducable of the approved plans. <br />2, Add "Red-ink" notations shown on this submittal to mylars with black <br />drafting ink. <br />3. The 6" stub out of M.H. l�3 is not correct. <br />4. Cleanout should be measured from corner of building and marked in <br />ink on mylar. <br />5. As-built of storm sewer should be on storm drain plan. <br />6.
