2. Prior to any construction, work or any other activity by Grantor on <br />:he easement, a notification and plans for the same shall be submitted in <br />vriling to the City by Contractor and no su�i� construction, work or activity <br />�y Grantor shall be commenced without City's prior written agreement that the <br />3ranlor's proposed construction, wor{< or activity will not inlerfe_e witPi tlie <br />�ily's ease�nent granted herein; FROVIDED, HOI4EVER, any changes or revisions in <br />Che plans shall also be subjecl- to City's prior agreement. The City's reviaw <br />�f the Grantor's plans under this easement shall not be deeined Lo impose any <br />JuLy or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or suFficiency of <br />�rantor's plans and des.igns nor whether Grantor's construction, work or <br />activity is in conformance wilh otlier applicable plans, codes and <br />regulalions. Further, agreemenL by the City i:o such const;ruction, work or <br />activity shall not in any manner be considered as imposing any obligation, <br />�ul-y or liability upon the Citv as to the safety or propriety of such <br />�onstruction, work or activity. <br />3. Grantor fiereby authorizes City Lo cut, trim and remove any and all <br />brush, trees, other vegetation or debris upon the easement and the right of <br />access for such purposes. Grantor a.lso authorizes the City to cut, trim ar,d <br />remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debris on Grantor's <br />property which, in the City's reasonable judgment, constitutes a hazard to the <br />easernent and tfie rigl�t of access for such purposes. <br />4.
