Parking lot paving for lots 1& 2 is completed and striped. <br />The following items are a•list oF things that need to be attended to be£ore <br />the Public Works Dept. will sign off this job as completed; <br />l. As-built drawing for the underground utilities must he sumnitted to the <br />Public Works Dept. Including, but not limited to, water meter locations, <br />sewer elevations, and changes made to storm drain system. <br />2. Completion of the A-1 curb, gutter, and sidewalk on Ewergreen S<ay along <br />with a 6' x 3C' section of asphalt adjacent to curb in same area (4" of <br />asphalt on 6" o£ crushed rock). <br />3.
