The landlord was responsible for re-demising
space behveen these two tenants and for adding a restroom. Weils Fargo Financial was responsible for most of the work
within their space. The building owner and Wells Fargo Financial each had their own general contractor, but I think some
af the subcont^actors may have worked for both general contractors.
Were there any other electrical or plumbing permits issued for this project? If so, were they to the same subcontractors?
What are the practical consequences to the building owner if a Certificate of Occupancy doesn't get issued? I will send
your letter on to the owner's general contractor, but I'm not sure he can get the subs to schedule inspections.
Wayne Wenzel
Yates, Wood & MacDonald, Inc.
Property Manager
9/22/2004
