The project site wilt be regraded to minimize pavcment slope and to maintain ptisting drainage patterns. A storm drainage system will be provided for this project in accordance with City ot Everett standnrds an! guidelines. The system, as designed, will be rclatively maintenanc�trce and provide the required bioCltration, via grassed-lined svales. In addition, an oilhvatcr separator will be provided tor further removal of pollutants from storm water, prior to discharging from the site.
