Fiedler <br />Miller & Fiedler, Architects <br />North 4407 Division Street <br />Spokane, Washington <br />CCNSTRUCT SEVEN ASPHALTIC CCNCRETE DRIVEWAYS AND INSTALL CULVERT <br />AT 8102 EVERGREEN WAY IN EVERETT: Permit 2266 <br />The City Council has approved your request to construct seven <br />Asphaltic concrete driveways and irstall culvert tile on line and <br />grads in the area shown on the enclosed sketch. All work must conform <br />with this sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations governing <br />work on City streets. Piease notify us when you start this work so <br />an inspection can be made. Be sure to check with the Water Department <br />Shops prior to excavaticn for the location of services. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
