Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. <br />a. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided in <br />the front yard setback area along the Evergreen Way Street frontage, <br />except for the driveway. This area shall be planted with Type III <br />landscaping. <br />b.
