To initiate new service <br />orders, please contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at (42�) 356-7512 at least 90 days <br />prior to the required in-service date. <br />Any relor,ation of existing gas f�^cilities for this development will be at the <br />developer's sole expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact <br />Elaine Babby at (206) 224-2018 to coordinate relocation n=quests. <br />2. The Snohomish Coun:y PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the <br />proposed develorment. For further information about the electrical service <br />requirements for this project, please call Kurt Martin of the DistricYs Custoi �er <br />Engineering Office, Everett at 258-8291. <br />3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this location. Ho�^�ever, any building <br />entrances must be coordinated at least 6G days in advance. The cost of any <br />relocation of Verizon facilities that is required to construct the new apartments will <br />be at the total expense of the developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 120 days. <br />Please contact Mike Hupf, Engineer at (425) 356-4052 or h4ihe Bly, Engineer at <br />(425)356-4034 if you have any questions regarding this building entrance. <br />Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable <br />construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizon's <br />engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and <br />telephone requirements. <br />5. It will be the developer's responsibility to provida a suitable combination of conduit <br />and trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network <br />communications cable within ihe complex. Provided that an acceptable <br />combination of conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project to <br />accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there �vill be no costs to the developer for <br />Verizon's cable. <br />6. If a rearracigement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is <br />n�cessary, appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of <br />Payment furm will be forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement <br />of Verizon's engineering for such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To <br />insure timely telephone service, Verizon requests ninety (90) days lead time for <br />engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or Verizon's equipment. <br />8 // <br />
