Following is the building department status for permit review: <br />. Two complete sets are required. We received two sets at permit application, and only one of those sets <br />was replaced. My understanding is that the equipment schedule has been revised since the updated set <br />was dropped off for review. Please submit two sets to be reviewed with the structural letter that has been <br />sent via e-mail. It appears that the requirements for review have been met, but the economizer issue has <br />to be resolved on the updated equipment schedules, and another drawing set is required. We can't advise <br />you on how to proceed regarding ordering, since the permit has not been released for construction. As <br />soon as we receive the requested information, we will expedite the permit review. This will satisfy the City <br />of Everett Building Code review requirements. Then the submittal is given to the planning department for <br />review. <br />. An initial planning review indicated that screening is required. <br />. Engineering details and calculations are also required to determine that wind loading and other structural <br />concerns (deflection and shear) have been designed for the screening to meet the building code. <br />I am out of the o�ce today, 2nd will be in on Monday. Let me know if you would like to meet to discuss the <br />proj=ct, or if the requirements are clear.
