The Act also <br />requires that an �IS Ue prepared for all major actioiis significantly <br />ciffecting the quality of the environment. The purpose of this <br />chr.ciclist is to help the agencies involved determine tivhether or not <br />a proposal is such a major action. <br />Please nnswer the following questions as completely as you can <br />with the inFormation presently availaUle to you. Nhere explm�ations <br />of your ans!vers are required, or tvllere you believe an explanation <br />tvould be helpful to government decision mlkers, include your <br />explanation in tlie spacc provided, or use additio�tal pages if <br />necessaiy. You should include references to flny reports or studies <br />of which you are a�vare and rvhich are relevant to the anstivers you <br />previde.
