Checklist Review lf80-88 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />CITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT W/�SMINGTON <br />Construction of 67 unit motel on Evergreen Way (Evergreen 8 tfetel) <br />RECO2-R�lENDATIOVS : <br />It is the recommendation of the Public idorks Department that issuance of a <br />Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public [dorks Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br />and all required improvements Co the public right of cuay. Public i•7orl;s <br />Departnent approval of these drawings is required before any permits are <br />issued. nll improvements shall be completed 'oefore the Occupancy Permit <br />is issued. <br />As-builts, easements, an3 a one year idarrantee Bond 3n the amount of 10% <br />oi the cost of construction of t:�e public water system are required <br />within 10 working days of obtaining public water connection. <br />2. City streets are to 6e kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3• During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site cvithin the Cit,y <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />4• The:APpROZI2IATE sewer connection fee based on the prelimYnary informatiun <br />provided is $6,952.00 ($.351/sq.ft.). The actual cost shall be computed <br />by the Building Departwent per Lhe ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the informytion provided on the approved plans on the date of <br />permit issuance. <br />5 <br />6. <br />7 <br />On-site detention is required. Drainage calculations to be submitted on <br />City Drainage Plan submission form, fieseeding of exposed earth is required <br />within 30 days of completion of earth uork. Drainage systems to be developed <br />to transfer storm c,ater to e:cisting systems by approved means, <br />A preconstruction conference on Civil Engineering portion of project is <br />required prior to approval of Public k*orks Permit. The applicant shall <br />arrange meeting involving applicant, job superintendent, contractor, all <br />subcontractors, ,^•ire rfarshal, Planning Department Coordinator, Building <br />Department Coordinatore, Public Sdorks Coordinator, Public Works Inspector, <br />and City 1`:affic Engineer. <br />Full street improvements per City Ordinance�55_78 i�3,�e required on <br />Holly Drive. <br />8.
