IBC 402.4.3.1 requires tl�e means of egress for a mall anchor building to be <br />�/ provided independendy from die mall means of egress system. The proposed <br />l/ lower level tloor plan indicates no exiting, other than on the east side, that <br />G�� does not exit Uack into die mall. A site v�srt reveals that door No. 102 in the <br />�,K` ��,L� northwest corner does not appear tc exist. If it did, it would still be exiting <br />�,� back inro the mall. <br />2. The stairway sliown as an exit Prom die east end of the upper story does not <br />appear on tUe east elevation (Sht.A8A1). Is this existing? If not please <br />provide construction detailing. <br />3. The main exit door from tlie east side of the first floor does not appear on the <br />east elevation. Nor does the employee's exit. <br />4.
