With the <br />addition of the following items, the plans are approved. If there are any significant <br />changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Nealth DistriGt must <br />be notified. <br />1. The ceiling needs to be nonabsorbent, nonperforated, smooth, and easily <br />cleanable. <br />2. The Health Department operating permit application process must be <br />completed prior to opening for business. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required. Please contact the Food Program office <br />about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will insure compliance <br />with the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Nealth for Food Service <br />Sanitation (WAC 246-215). <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
