These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington State Energy Code, 1997 <br />edition, unless noted otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. Structural calculations and details should be provided for the roof reinforcement of the proposed <br />1460-pound rooftop unit.
