Adequate and convenienr.ly located toilet facilities <br />muat bz accessible to the employees at all times. <br />Toilet facilities muet include a lavatory with hot <br />and cald running wa[er plus soap and towel dispenaers. <br />2. No mop sink is indicated on the 7ayout plan. <br />3. All food-service equipment used for preparation and/ <br />or storage of fo�d and drink muet be served only by <br />an indirect drain which discharges into a floor eink <br />or over an effective air gaF• <br />4. The back section of counters (food preparation and <br />utensil washing areas) muet be sealed or encloaed <br />with a smooth, non-absorbent panel so no 2" x 4" <br />or 2" x 2" or si.milar structurea are not left <br />exposed. <br />5. The two compartment sink appears to have only one <br />drainboard. There must be storage epa�e for soiled <br />as well as clean utensila at the sink. <br />6.
