The lotal addilional lighting power allowance is lhe sum of allowances (or sales categories I, ii, or iii plus an additional <br />1,000 walts for each separate lenant larger than 250 square feet in area. <br />The additional waltage is allowed only if the merchandi�e display luminaires comply with all of the following: <br />(a) Located on ceiling-mounted track or directly on or recessed inlo ihe ceiling itself (not on the walq. <br />(b) Adjustable in bolh Ihe horizonlal and verlical azes (veAical axis only is accepla6le for fluorescent and other fizlures with lwo <br />points of track atlachment). <br />This additional lighting power is allowed only ii Ihe lighling is actually installed and automa�ically controlled, sepaiately from lhe general <br />lighting, lo be turned off during nonbusiness hours. This additional power shall be used only (or the specified luminaires and shall not be <br />used for any other purpose. <br />
