In spite of several obstacles, <br />you. were able to expedite issuance of the permit, enabling us <br />to have a good chance at making up the lost time during the <br />design phase and getting back on schedule for Pier One's November <br />Occupancy date. <br />As you discussed with our project superintendent, Reg Merris, <br />because of the fast-track nature o£ this project, we �che3uled <br />our footi.ng pour on Saturday, the 29ch. Reg called for inspection, <br />but noone showed up to inspect. Per you conversation with Reg, <br />he proceeded with the pour. As you requested, we took pictures <br />of the pour (see enclosed photos). This letter will also serve <br />to verify that the footings (including the proper reinforcing <br />steel) were installed according to the approved contract documerts. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report from Ken Jackson. <br />Please see that everything is OK now.
