All <br />references refer to the 2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2009 <br />Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the euilding Division with two complete new sets of construction <br />documents reFlecting the corrections requested. <br />1. Please provide verification that the proposed work will comply with the Washington <br />State Energy Code including the requirement for an economizer for the RTU. <br />2.
