Gerry <br />_ — _ __ . _ __ __ _ _ _ <br />From: Niels Tygesen <br />Sent: Friday, February 18, 2011 12:09 PM <br />To: Gerry Ervine <br />Cc: Faheem Siddiq <br />Subject: 1510 SE EMW Signage <br />Hi Gerry, <br />Per Faheem's request this morning, attached are PDF's of the signage that was approved for the Vitamin Shoppe, <br />the proposed signage of Jimmy John's, and a floor plan of the tenant space of Jimmy John's. <br />The approved sign permit for the Vitamin Shoppe indicated a temporary banner (TBz) for the Vitamin Shoppe as <br />shown in the elevation on page z(z�9), and in detail on page 5(6�9) and location on the site plan page 7(919)• <br />Jimmy John's proposed signage wanls to put a sign in the location where the Vitamin Shoppe's temporary banner <br />was located on the west side of the building. If you look at the floor plan for the tenant space of Jimmy John's you'li <br />see that there is no interior connection to the exterior west wall of the building. <br />Per EMC i9.3G.no.A, and per Allan's earlier comment that the signage must meet size and loca:ior� requirements of <br />the code standards, I don't believe we can approve this sign applicatior a> is unless tfiey go through a comprehensive <br />sign design application. <br />Niels <br />
