The approved sign permit for the Vitamin Shoppe indicated a temporary banner (TBz) for the Vitamin Shoppe as shown in the elevation on page z(z�9), and in detail on page 5(6�9) and location on the site plan page 7(919)• Jimmy John's proposed signage wanls to put a sign in the location where the Vitamin Shoppe's temporary banner was located on the west side of the building. If you look at the floor plan for the tenant space of Jimmy John's you'li see that there is no interior connection to the exterior west wall of the building. Per EMC i9.3G.no.A, and per Allan's earlier comment that the signage must meet size and loca:ior� requirements of the code standards, I don't believe we can approve this sign applicatior a> is unless tfiey go through a comprehensive sign design application.
