This determination assumes compliance with State Iaw and Cdy �rdinances relaled to <br />general environmental protection includir�g but not limited to righl-ot-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, ete. This decision v✓as made afler roview of a completed environmental ehecklist and other <br />information on file with the lead agency. �his information is avallable to the public on request This <br />Mitigated Determinatinn of Ncn-Sign�cance is specifically wnditioned on compliance vr'th the condRions <br />attached h=reto which are incorporated by reference as if fuily se't forth harein. <br />This Proposed MDNS is issued under 197-11-355.
