You have requested <br />approval of Frontier Communications sign proofs prepared by Strategic Signage 8/16/11. On <br />behalf of the property owner, I grant conditionel approval of the attached signage proposal so <br />long as: <br />I. The signage requirements and other covenants in your lease are honored by you and your <br />sign vendor. <br />2. Tenant and/or vendor procure signege permit as required by law. <br />3. Signage work is perfortned by a licensed, bonded and insured sign vendor. <br />4. All risk of loss during the signage work is ihe responsibility of the tenant. <br />5. Tenant and Signage Vendor shall professionally seal all signage related penetrations end <br />insure that the building shell is water tight. <br />6. On lease termination tenant agrees to promptly remove its sign, repair any damage and <br />paint and patch the building area at%cted by the sign removal. If tenant has not removed <br />its sign, completed its paint and repairs within 10 days from lease tertnination, tenant <br />agrees Iandlord may do this work at tenant's expense. <br />By placing ynur sign as proposed on the building, you have consented to the tertns outlined in the <br />landlord's conditional approval of your signage request.
