The listed requirements are placed in respon<e to r <br />review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />A Hydraulics Project Approval (HPA) from the State Department of Fisheries or Wildlif- <br />may be required for this project due to discharge of stormwater to a wetland associated <br />with North Creek. A copy of the HPA or a letter from the Department of Fisheries or <br />Wildlife stating that an HPA is not needed should be included along with the plans for <br />Public Works review. Note: More stringent detention and water treatment requirement• <br />than the City would impose may be placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. <br />A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, administered by th- <br />US Environmental Protection Agency and/or Washington State Department of Ecology, <br />Will probably be regi•`red for clearing and grading activities on this site due to its size <br />(more than 5 acres).
