Please submit hvo sets of revised pians and <br />details. Upon resubmission of the drawings, plan revie:v v�ill �sume and your application will be given priority. <br />All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and inf ion to ensure that the proposed structure will <br />be constructed in compliance wilh all adopted codes. <br />Structural <br />1. Please amend the elevations to show the number and location of all sign atiachments, and seclion <br />details indicating th.e methods of attachment oP each sign or lelter at each location on the building, for <br />each of the five signs submitted: labeled A, B, C.i, C.2, and D on sheet 1. <br />2. The sign attachments should be sized sufficiently and designed to resist forces from wind (for exterior <br />signs), gravily and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. A lag bolt is typically not used in masonry <br />construction. <br />These commenls address buildiny issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(Utiiities, Public Works, or Pianning). Code references cifed indude lhe 2009 International Building Code <br />(I[3C), Z009 Internationai Fire Code (IFC), the 2009 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the ICC/ANSI <br />A117.1-2003 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. All codes referenced, as adepted by the City of <br />Everelt, should indude currenl revisions by the State of Washingeon. Note that federal la�vs may be more <br />resfrictive.
