INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of <br />these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. Performancs guarantees are required for the curb, gutter and sidewalk. <br />4. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br />a. Perimeter doors should have double cylinder deadbolts or locking <br />crashbar. Garage doors should be padlocked inside with at least <br />3/8" case hardened steel padlock shackles. <br />b. A drop safe should be installed in the cement floor to hold next <br />days "Cash on hand" only. <br />C. A monitored alarm system should be provided and should be zoned <br />for each designated area. A perimeter system should be provided <br />for security parking. <br />d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br />candles. <br />e. During final stages of completion, please contact Dick <br />Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer at 259-1451 for further <br />recommendations. <br />5. On -site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The <br />easement will be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits. <br />
