INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: 1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 3. Performancs guarantees are required for the curb, gutter and sidewalk. 4. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: a. Perimeter doors should have double cylinder deadbolts or locking crashbar. Garage doors should be padlocked inside with at least 3/8" case hardened steel padlock shackles. b. A drop safe should be installed in the cement floor to hold next days "Cash on hand" only. C. A monitored alarm system should be provided and should be zoned for each designated area. A perimeter system should be provided for security parking. d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. e. During final stages of completion, please contact Dick Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer at 259-1451 for further recommendations. 5. On -site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits.
